First, install it on your computer. Then, open your Visual Basic. Choose Standard EXE. 

You can put some tools like button, textbox, images, label, timer, dropdown, and other at toolbox by click it and drag in the form design.

How about add coding in your program? You have to chosen the trigger first and double click it.

The coding principles in Visual Basic is OBJECT.PROPERTIES TO BE CHANGED = CHANGE TO BE WHAT?. You can know about the object and properties name at property window. For example : Label1.caption="Halo". To run the program click play button in toolbar.
